Our volunteer-powered organization is committed to defending civil liberties and fostering growth for all. We provide essential outreach, stand with those navigating hardship, and serve as a reliable voice for underprivileged groups across the region.

Our History

The Brunswick County, North Carolina branch 5452 was established August, 15, 1963. The first President of the Branch was Mr. Clyde Horton.  Mr. Carl L. Parker, Sr. became President of this branch in 2017.  Mr. Parker has adopted the position that injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.  Our progress depends on our unity, vigilance, and willingness to stand for justice. "Forward together, Not One Step Back."

Your membership enhances our powerful grassroots efforts, such as securing clean drinking water for all residents, providing academic grants to local students, securing fair treatment in schools, and ensuring that all prospective and current workers are treated equally.
